Ltd is positioned to offer her client’s better value through integrated building systems whereby the key components of construction are undertaken in-house to permit smoother and more efficient work-flows, streamlined internal processes, better resource scheduling, and work and cost management, which optimizes resources, costs and time.
Civil
A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd began civil engineering contracting in the soon after its establishment and has to its credit several roads, bridges and culverts in various parts of Northern Nigeria.
The company owns a full complement of Civil Engineering machinery, which include amongst others: Dozers, Sprayers, Excavators, Graders, Wheel Loaders, Cranes, Water Tankers, Pay Loaders and batching plants.
Building
A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd has to its credit numerous successfully completed building projects, notably: The Borno State Secretariat, Maiduguri; Jigawa State Secretariat, ABU Senate Building, Zaria; Mallam Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital Kano (Phases 1&2); Unity Bank Building, Abuja; CSC Jaji – September 26 Complex, NCCE Office Tower and Conference Centre Abuja, amongst many others. Our building teams comprise qualified and experienced expatriates working together with well-trained Nigerian engineers, builders, technicians and artisans, to achieve project goals.The building team is backed by a comprehensive support system of Steel, Wood, Electrical and Mechanical workshops (on and off-site); Procurement services; Transportation, and Quality, Health and Safety management.
The company also owns a full complement of tools, machinery, equipment, mobile and tower cranes, vehicles and plant necessary to carry out any calibre of building works.
Furniture Division
A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd furniture, Fixtures and Fittings production units offer further complements to the production components of the Building and Civil construction system, by again, maintaining control of another key element.
Our full furniture production systems and our partnerships with a company importing Dierre doors from Italy, allows to meet international quality standards in outfitting any building.
We are able to produce and deliver Doors, Fitted kitchens, Beds, Chairs and customised furnishing are on demand to meet project targets of function, aesthetics and costs.
Precast Division
A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd is able to design and produce precast elements compatible with the ‘Predalles’ and other standard systems.
Our Precast Factory is centrally located at Kaduna, ready to serve projects within the region and beyond.
This factory is complemented by on-site systems to meet the specific needs of projects.
Precast forms optimise the design my streamlining the construction process and allowing parallel and simultaneous construction, thus speeding up the construction time. Also, precast forms allow for precise quality control.
M&E Division
A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd in order to fully integrate all aspects of the Works and achieve the synergistic benefits of costs and time savings – better value, necessitate to take control and manage building and civil subsystems which include both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering sub-systems.
The Company has established a Services unit staffed with qualified engineers and technicians capable of executing allied electrical and mechanical works under Building and Civil Engineering systems.
Again, these units are fully supported by management and technical services.
Sheet Piles
This is a new strategic direction for A.G. Ferrero & Co. Ltd and we have partnered with Fabbrica Italiana Palancole (FIP), Italy, who are Engineers/Manufacturers of Sheet Piles and have many years of critical experience in the Marine and Geo-Technical Industry.
Their products and engineering expertise are recognised worldwide, and indeed FIP is a major supplier of cold rolled Sheet Piles to the Nigerian market.
Our Partnership with Fabbrica Italiana Palancole Srl (Italy), enables us to undertake sheet piling works for a variety of purposes such as in the construction coffer dams, quays and docks or in shoreline protection and erosion control.
